Our bees work a unique landscape: the rosemary, heather, strawberry tree and holm oak of the Gavarres combine with the Mediterranean flora of the Montgrí. When flowering is scarce in winter, we move the hives to the province of Tarragona, where the warmer climate advances the flowering season and the bees never rest.

In Casavells, in the heart of the Baix Empordà, our company was born. We are a small family business that carefully and dedicatedly produces honey, pollen and other bee derivatives.
Every jar of honey carries within it the memory of the landscape where it was born: the garrigue, the thyme blossom, the resin of the pine. Twenty-five years learning to listen to the bees.

Flowering
We follow the flowering cycles of the Baix Empordà and Tarragona to ensure a rich and diverse nectar.

Collection
The bees collect the nectar and ripen it in the hives. We wait for the exact moment to intervene.

Extraction
Cold extraction, without heat or ultra-filtering. All enzymes, pollen and properties are preserved.

Packaging
Hand-packed into glass jars, label by label, without industrial production lines.
